Dieting is related to not eating anything and to eat limited item selectively. On the other hand, exercise is related to physical or mental fitness doing different activities like running, jumping, pushing up, skating and playing different types of games.
Really, both dieting and exercise help us to make robust body, feel fresh and energetic but exercise alone cannot do well. So along with it, according to the nature of our exercise and body condition, we should have good food. Truly both things can also bring the negative impact if we handled them carelessly. Likewise, it also depends on people’s health. Generally, doctor recommends the patients like asthma, hernia, hydrosol not to do heavy exercise. In the name of dieting, if we control our food we may also suffer by stomach disease. Gastric is also one of the causes of irregular food eating. That’s why both exercise and dieting should be handled with paying great attention. Otherwise, they can give us long lasting effect in our health.
It is the time of slim, so in my opinion, mostly teenage girls are attracted to it. They watch different types of channel, listen actress talks and read fashion magazine. They know the value of the dieting. Especially, fat girls do dieting. Likewise male also do exercise because they want to make their body robust. We can also see many boys are running on the street and the old man doing morning walk.
